This is the action available in company settings, which will help us to replace the company logo…..The logo is no longer than 1MB and not exceeded dimensions of 210*40 Pixels….import the file and save it.

Picklists: Picklists are, simply, selection lists used to populate a data input field with one of a number of predefined values. They act in the same way as F4 Helps in SAP HCM. Picklists provided in the standard system can be altered to use customer-specific values. Picklists provide customers to add their own business logic, rules, and validations to objects and fields. This means that customers can have a significant level of control on ensuring that data is created, maintained, and deleted the way that they need it. It also means that data quality can be upheld by using the system to validate data entry or provide users with picklists from which to select values. The actions we can perform on picklists are Exporting the picklist, Modify the Picklist and Import the picklist and so on.

Role Based Permission:
The Role Based Permissions (RBP) are used to enable integration with third party HRIS systems. Permission to access any of the RBP entities and custom functions requires the user to have permission to Manage Role-Based Permissions.

The Role Based Permissions enable you to:
Query for a list of roles
Query for a list of permission groups
Create or delete a role
Add a new permission group using named users, or criteria
Remove a user from a permission group
Grant a role to a permission group.
Remove a role from a permission group
Query for a list of permitted fields in a dynamic group, and the permitted operators for each field

Job codes and competencies:
When we create or manage job roles for RBP we have to select the competencies(behaviour) of the employee
Users via UDF files
Import the employee file as .csv
Modify the employee file
Export the employee file as .csv

PMGM Steps:
Rating Scales: Two types are available, but Success Factors recommends numeric
We have 3 point, 4 Point, 5 Point, 7 Point Rating Scales and even customizing rating scales available in Success Factors. But the most preferable Rating Scales is 5 Point Rating Scale as it has Mid point calculation and above the mid point is considered as good performances and below the mid point is considered as bad performances according to the organisation specifications. When we want to define the Rating Scale go to company setting and Rating scale option and customize your own rating scales or save as the existing rating scale with your own name for it. We could even modify the existing Rating scale.

Route Maps: Each form template must have a route map associated with it to ensure predictable and reportable behavior. If there is no route map it should be sent to the manager first.
It has 3 steps:
Modify Step: This is the basic step is Route Maps. In this step, the employee does the self evaluation and Manager review and finalise the route map.
Evaluation Step: Exists only in 360 review, this helps to get the feedback from all the employees working in the organization. If a feedback option is offered on the form, once the request for feedback is sent, the form does not move forward until feedback is received.
Signature Step: Employee signs and manager signs
Completion Step: Final step in the Route maps and where the conclusion take place.
